Best Local Restaurants in Rosemary Beach – Main Street
Pescado Seafood Grill and Rooftop
Pescado is the epitome of a dining experience that blends breathtaking sunset views of the Emerald Coast with delectable cuisine. As the best restaurant in Rosemary Beach (IMHO), Pescado offers an unrivaled ambiance for a romantic evening or a memorable Sunday Brunch. Indulge in their fresh seafood specialties while enjoying the stunning view from their rooftop terrace.
Pro tip: If you want to go for sunset, you will want to make reservations to ensure that you get a table on their outside rooftop bar with the best view. We didn’t have reservations so we decided to wait for a table to open up, for about 20 minutes. But this was during off-peak season. During the summer that will be more difficult.

The Citizen
The Citizen in Alys Beach is a culinary gem that celebrates creative local fare. Their menu showcases a fusion of flavors using local and seasonal ingredients in options like their pineapple fried rice, fish and grits, the crowd favorite whipped feta, and the perfectly grilled wood-fired swordfish.
They also have a FABULOUS happy hour (my favorite on 30A). I always order the bartender’s choice, which changes with the season, and the whipped feta.
I’m not a huge oyster fan, but if you are, their raw bar is the place for you. And I believe that the raw bar is a part of The Citizen Oyster Happy Hour. Read more about 30A Happy Hours you won’t want to miss.
