Today, I’m excited to share with you my all-time favorite recipe for Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings.

Ingredients for the Best Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings Recipe:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup grated (not shredded) Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or butter, melted
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes to taste (optional)

Instructions for the Best Garlic Parmesan Wings Recipe:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, dried parsley, dried oregano, dried basil, red pepper, salt, and pepper to create the garlic Parmesan sauce.
  3. Place the chicken wings in a large mixing bowl and pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over them. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not touching each other.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Once the wings are cooked through and crispy, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  7. Serve the Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings hot, garnished with additional grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley if desired.
