The best shopping in Seaside Florida can be found within a 1 block radius of the Town Square just off Scenic Highway 30A. They have everything from books and records to maternity, fashion, and art, to (my favorite) kitchen novelty and gadgets.
And don’t forget the Seaside Style Store. You simply must buy one of their iconic Seaside sweatshirts.
Seaside is not your typical tourist town with souvenir stores filled with cheaply made novelty items. Each store in SEASIDE is unique in its own way, offering something of value to its customers at all price points.

I am definitely not saving the best for last. I’m starting with it! This store is curated with the latest fashion and the most elegant and unique beachwear you can find.
If I only had time to shop at one boutique while visiting Seaside, this would be it. I absolutely love their style – very coastal with a lot of class.
It’s not just a clothing boutique. They have everything from loungewear, footwear, handbags, and accessories.
The quality of their clothing and jewelry is exceptional and their prices are very fair.

Cabana by The SEASIDE Style – 45 Central Square, Ste CC-2
Hours: 10:00 am – 7:00 PM
Cabana by The SEASIDE Style is the sister store to the town flagship store, SEASIDE Style, and has a completely new look.
They used to be an open-air market between Pickles World Famous Burgers and Bud and Alley’s. But they recently moved to a new location, just a short walk to an indoor store in the heart of Seaside Central Square.
Not only did they change their location, but they also elevated their brand with a completely different style. It’s more of a beach glam style with brighter colors and many prints. This is where you will find gorgeous boutique clothing and perfect pieces of jewelry.

Mercantile – 35 Central Square
Hours: 10:00-6:00
This a super fun and trendy clothing boutique specializing in American-made clothing, shoes, jewelry, and gifts.
One of my favorite things about this store is that they have a very extensive collection of Barefoot Dreams. A lot of the items you only see online, they actually carry in stock, giving you a chance to try them on before you realize that you can’t live without them.
And if you are looking for game day outfits, they have vintage shirts and hats for all the favorite teams.
Do Not miss their sale rack. It always has some great finds. On more than a few occasions, I have found some great outfits for an incredible price.
Mercantile is where you will find all of your “kind finds.” They are very committed to giving back to their community. They donate a percentage of their sales to local organizations, local schools, and first responders.

The Seaside Style – 121 Central Square

The History of the T-shirt That Built the Town
Seaside Style is where you will find the iconic Seaside Shirt. Everything about this store exudes style. From their apparel to their pet products, their standard for quality is second to none.
When we first visited Seaside years ago, this was the first store we went to. And the first thing I bought was a navy blue Seaside sweatshirt.
I still have that sweatshirt today. And though it may be a little faded, it still looks amazing.
It doesn’t really matter how often we visit Seaside, we always check this store out. It never disappoints.
Who Owns Seaside Style?
The Seaside Style was founded and is owned by Daryl Davis who is also a co-founder of the town of SEASIDE.

This bright and cheery store is the kid version of Seaside Style. This is where you find iconic Seaside apparel for the little ones.
And they aren’t just limited to clothing. You can find all your favorite novelty items with the Seaside logo, making it a great place to grab souvenirs for everyone on your list.
They have thick luxurious towels with the seaside logo, FUNBOY pool floats, and colorful BrüMates in all styles with the seaside logo. You won’t find these fun items at any of the other stores.

This is where I get all of my unique home decor finds. Its sort of a blend of Anthropology meets coastal.
Everything from sassy kitchen towels to ceramic fruit strainers, to high-end barware, they have it all.
The Art of Simple is my go-to place for gift buying. They have great gifts in all price ranges. And I know I can always get a unique gift that my friends are sure to love.
I never leave Seaside without a little nugget from The Art of Simple.
Artful Eye – 25 Central Square, Ste. C-1

Artful Eye is your one-stop shop for both prescription and nonprescription eyewear.
Offering carefully curated frames from around the world they have stylish and functional options.
Seaside Style – 121 Central Square

This is the Flagship store for SEASIDE Beach. This is where you will find all the merchandise with the SEASIDE logo.
SEASIDE style is a vibe. A mixture of class, style, and coastal chic. It’s perfect in its simplicity.
Every time we visit, they always have new merchandise along with the old favorites.

Seaside Yacht Club

An ode to life on the water, Seaside Yacht Club is the newest store in the Seaside Style collection of merchants, offering the same iconic clothing in nautical colors.
I was told by the employees that this store will focus more on the clothing side of the Seaside Style and the Flagship store is going to become more of a home interior store.
Sundog Books and Central Square Records – 89 Central Square
Hours: 9:00-8:00
Finding a traditional bookstore is a rarity these days but finding one that is attached to a vinyl record store is even rarer. That is exactly what you will find in downtown Seaside, Florida.
Sundog Books is locally owned and has an incredible selection of books. You will definitely be able to find a book you will love here.
My suggestion would be for you to make this your first stop on the first day of your trip to find a book to read for the week.
Central Square Records has a large selection of records and books specializing in hard-to-find titles. They also offer novelty gifts in case you are looking for a unique souvenir.
Town Square Shoes – 105 Central Square
Hours: 10:00-7:00
This is a happening store. They have all your shoe needs taken care of, offering top brands like Hoka, On, Birkenstock, and Ugg.
Their staff is super friendly and very helpful. Yet they don’t linger and allow you to browse leisurely.
They also offer the super popular Bogg Bag which is perfect for those beach days on the white sands of Seaside.

Duckies Shop of Fun – 45 Central Sq

This is just a FUN store. If you are traveling with kiddos, a trip to Duckies Shop of Fun is a must.
Duckies is a brightly decorated, whimsical store located in the heart of downtown Seaside. They offer toys and kids’ clothing.
You can’t miss their store. It’s the one with the huge rubber ducky out front.
Duckies Shop of Fun is sure to bring out the kid in everyone.

Ophelia Swimwear Boutique – 123 Quincy Circle

Ophelia is a swimwear boutique that carries high-end bathing suits and cover-ups that you won’t find anywhere else.
If you forgot your bathing suit or are just looking to update your suit collection, this is where you will want to go. I’m sure you will find just what you are looking for.

Modica Market is a family business established in 1988. It’s the perfect blend of casual meets gourmet.
This gourmet market doesn’t just offer groceries. They also serve sandwiches, lattes, cappuccinos, cake by the slice, and wine by the glass.
Their collection of ready-made foods is great for those days you’re on the go.
This is where everyone gets their huge Mimosa during the Saturday morning Farmer’s Market. You don’t want to miss out on one of these.

Black Bear Bread Co. in Grayton Beach has been a staple on 30A. And now they have a location open in Seaside.
Though they have a wide range of coffee, Black Bear Bread Co. is so much more than just a coffee shop. Their menu includes breakfast, lunch, pastry, and breads so, you will definitely want to bring your appetite.
This is a great stop for breakfast after an early morning walk or brunch with friends and family. They have a relatively large dining area as well as two different outdoor seating areas.
Amavida Coffee Roaster Seaside Coffee Shop – 25 Central Square, B1

Amavida has been serving Seaside for over a decade. They offer local coffee, and tea as well as small pastries.
