We spent a lot of time researching what each community had to offer as well as what we felt they may be lacking.

Seacrst is a large subdivision with a community pool. Because it is such a large subdivision with such a small beach access, this may not be the best place to stay if beach time is your primary focus.
Their beach access is minimal and the communities surrounding Seacrest are very strict with their beach access. This is where you will find the signs restricting access as well as cones and ropes marking the different accesses.

- The Subdivision is HUGE
- Beach access is very limited – especially considering how many houses are using it.
- Houses are very close together.
- Most homes do not have private pools

Seagrove also offers an abundance of public beach access points, one of which has a bathroom. And if you have ever stayed on 30A, you know how scarce bathrooms can be. Unless you are staying waterfront, you can end up with quite a hike to the bathroom.
