Seaside is the OG 30A beach community. Just about everything in this charming little town is Instagram-worthy. From the iconic Coleman Pavilion to the cutest little post office you’ve ever seen, you’ll want to capture it all.

Coleman Pavilion is probably the most Iconic structure on 30A and a photograph here is an absolute must. I mean, did you even visit 30A if you don’t have a picture of the Coleman Pavilion?

Any of the 9 Seaside Pavilions
Each street in Seaside has its own unique beach pavilion entrance. You must have a wristband and gate code to access them. But there are ways you can photograph them perfectly without full access. The Seaside Post Office, nestled among palm trees, with its charm and unique architecture, makes the perfect backdrop for memorable photos.
Probably the most photographed post office EVER! Be sure to get different angles. And don’t forget the wide-angle shot to include all of the palm trees around it.

30A’s newest most instagrammable spot! And this might just be my favorite. I’m a sucker for anything light pink and Man, they nailed it.
Whether you are sitting outside enjoying the beautiful weather or inside at their full coffee bar, your pictures will be VERY Insta-worthy.
The Caldrons at Alys Beach
This area of Alys Beach is absolutely stunning. They host many weddings here because of how incredible it looks in photos.
This is the perfect spot for family portraits. It has a little more formal feel to it, making it the perfect compliment to your beach pictures.

This is one of my favorite spots along 30A. It is such a grand entrance into Alys Beach, making it a great spot for your next Instagram Post.
Rosemary Beach
The entire town of Rosemary Beach is an Instagrammers paradise. Its cobblestone streets, whimsical courtyards, and iconic coastal architecture provide endless Instagram-worthy backdrops, making it a great option for that scroll-stopping picture.
The Pearl at Rosemary Beach
The iconic Pearl Hotel in Rosemary Beach is one of the most recognizable places on all of 30A. The green spaces around The Pearl only add to its charm and beauty making it a perfect spot for a little photo shoot.
Another excellent option for a family portrait session with your favorite professional photographer.
The View of the Swimming Pool from Havana Beach Bar and Grill
Although it’s not a view of the beach, this is still an amazing view and one of my favorites on 30A. The architecture here is so unique you feel like you have been transported to another place.
This is one of my favorite places to go for drinks at sunset. There is a view of the water, but it is pretty small. In my opinion, the swimming pool view is the star of the show here. And they have amazing drinks too!
Rosemary Beach Post Office
I don’t know what it is about 30A and their post offices, but for some reason, they are absolute musts on your photo list.
With its beautiful architecture, blending elegance and charm, the post office at Rosemary Beach is a great place for candid photos.
The best times to shoot here will be mornings or evenings for optimal lighting. The post office is backlit in the afternoon making it difficult to get a flattering shot.
Top of Main Street in Rosemary Beach
To look at this street, you would never think you are in a beach town in Florida. It seems more like a street in a small town in Europe. In my opinion, this is one of the things that makes Rosemary so unique. It’s such a departure from the typical beachside community. This is also what makes it a photographer’s paradise. You can get so many unique backdrops and textures that you can’t find anywhere else.
Be sure to shoot this beautiful cobblestone street from as many angles as you can. There really isn’t a bad picture of this area.
Blue Mountain Creamery
Everything about Blue Mountain Beach is pretty impressive, but in my opinion, the best part is their Blue Mountain Creamery.
It’s the picture-perfect spot for Instagram-worthy photos, boasting deliciously cool treats and a charming pastel-colored exterior that creates a whimsical backdrop for an eye-catching social media post.
Sunset
Sunsets on 30A boast breathtaking displays of vibrant color and serene coastal views, making it ideal for capturing stunning, Instagram-worthy photos.
Pro tip: Sunsets on 30A never disappoint. But the best time to see a sunset on 30A is from October to February when the sun actually sets over the water.
Eastern Lake – High Tide
This is one of the best-kept secrets of 30A.
Eastern Lake, One of 30A’s Coastal Dune Lakes, provides a unique photo opportunity. When high tide brings the ocean water into the lake, the resulting channels fill with beautiful crystal clear water offering a one-of-a-kind photo op.
Pro tip: Check ahead to see when high tide will be to find the perfect time to go.
