Crafting the Perfect French Martini

Equipment

  • 1 jigger
  • 1 cocktail shaker
  • 1 vegetable peeler

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz French Vodka such as Grey Goose
  • 1 oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
  • ¾ oz pineapple juice freshly squeezed is best but canned works best (I use it all the time)
  • ice Cubes
  • fresh raspberries or lemon twist as a garnish

Instructions
 

  • chill the glass
  • fill your cocktail shaker with ice cubes
  • add Vodka, Chambord, and pineapple juice to shaker
  • shake vigorously for about 15 seconds
  • strain into chilled glass
  • garnish and enjoy
